Massachusetts Legislation has been proposed allowing the electronic distribution of municipal bills. KBE is allowing taxpayers to sign-up for this service in advance of the expected passing of this bill.

**You will NOT start receiving bills from KBE electronically until the legislation has passed** If you elect to sign up now, you will receive an email notification when the legislation passes. You will automatically start receiving your KBE bills electronically at that time.
